iOS 5 Supports Panorama Picture Mode, Needs Jailbreak

Back in June there were several reports about iOS 5 getting features to allow for panoramic picture capturing and some hackers have already managed to enable the functionality by altering values inside the iOS SDK.

The developer who discovered the tweak has already submitted it to Cydia and should be available later on today for everyone with jailbroken iOS 5 to capture panoramas. The principle is very easy: you will snap a panorama by capturing photos from left to right. The image above shows the feature enabled in action, as well as how it looks inside the Camera app.
